Try one of our fitness and wellbeing classes, suitable for all abilities. Our classes are small and bespoke, holding up to 6 people helping give you a tailored approach to your session.
REST & REFLECT: Sound Bath & Journalling
A gentle class incorporating slowing down and rest for the mind, body and soul along with journalling, to reflect and connect deeper within.
Tuesdays 5.30pm-6.45pm
£25 | 75 minutes | Maximum 6 people
YIN: Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet, slow paced practice involving the passive holding of postures, often with the use of props, in order to target the deeper connective tissue whilst at the same time, encouraging an inner stillness and a sense of release. It promotes a flexibility of mind and body and is an ideal antidote to the modern world.
Fridays 11am-12pm

BABES AT EASE: Baby Massage
The classes will support with massage techniques for teething and colic. As well as soothing strokes to help relax baby and build the bond and relationship between parent and baby. There will be social time with other parents at the end and Gemma will also be available to support with any questions that you may have throughout the session. We ensure that group sessions are kept small to ensure you get the 1:1 support, as well as the benefit of being in a group environment. All classes are completely baby led so no pressure to do everything if you need to stop for feeding, changing or just a cuddle.

REST & BE: Sound Bath
Join us for an hour long session that invites you into a state of deep rest, nurturing your mind, body, and soul with a soothing sound bath.

REST & RESET: Breathwork
Your perfect opportunity to slow down, rest and reset before the weekend. This gentle yet powerful session will help you release the week, reconnect with your body, and restore your energy through conscious breath and healing sound. A beautiful way to end the week with intention.
