About the event

Join us in The Studio for Rest & Be, a sound healing experience with Maddy. 

Sound baths are fantastic for those wanting to relax and let go of stresses, anxieties and worries. Each session provides a meditative experience where sound is used to create waves that fill the room, providing an imersive experience which transports you into a deep state of rest and relaxation.

Classes are limited to 4 people. Refreshments will be provided after class.
