If you require a prescription or a blood test this will be provided at an additional cost. Appointments are with Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Medical Lead, Alison.

Our health checks include: 1. A 45 minute consultation 2. Review of your medical history 3. Full health assessment (height, weight, blood pressure) 4. A blood test to check: - Full blood count - Kidney function - Liver function - Cholesterol - Thyroid function - Diabetes check There is also the opportunity to tailor your health check to include extra testing for an additional cost, including testosterone, PSA (prostate cancer), ovarian cancer, B12, bone profile, coeliac screening and more. Appointments are completed by Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Medical Lead Alison.

1 hour in depth consultation to with a detailed and holistic approach to your current health as well as your history.  During the appointment we will suggest changes that can support your symptoms. We will discuss your goals along with recommendations for supplements and testing. Following your appointment you will receive a 7 day meal plan and recipes.

Support for people with insomnia and problems sleeping, based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia. We will look at your sleep routine, environment, behaviours and thinking and create an individualised plan for improving sleep. Sessions are with Melissa, an Occupational therapist specialising in mental health and sleep. First session will be an initial consultation, completing an assessment of your sleep and setting you up with a sleep diary to use during the following week. The expected number of weekly follow-up sessions is 4, but this is subject to change due to individual needs

Mole checking provide by a Dermatology Healthcare professional. Referrals will be made to a Consultant Dermatologist for suspicious skin legions.

Speak with our Medical lead about hair loss solutions, including at home treatment and in-clinic services including Platelet Rich Plasma a non-invasive injectable treatment for the skin and hair. Platelet Rich Plasma involves taking a blood sample in a specialised tube. The sample is spun at high speed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma from the blood cells. This is then injected, microneedled or simply placed onto the treatment area.
