Babes At Ease: October Baby Massage

Service Description

Join Gemma at Wellness at No.61 for her 5 week baby massage course. The sessions will run Saturdays in The Body Room on the ground floor. The classes will support with massage techniques for teething and colic. As well as soothing strokes to help relax baby and build the bond and relationship between parent and baby. There will be social time with other parents at the end and Gemma will also be available to support with any questions that you may have throughout the session. We ensure that group sessions are kept small to ensure you get the 1:1 support, as well as the benefit of being in a group environment. All classes are completely baby led so no pressure to do everything if you need to stop for feeding, changing or just a cuddle.
